Responsibilities
- Process bi-weekly multi-state payroll for 200+ employees using ADP Workforce Now
- Calculate and garnish wage deductions, tax withholdings, and benefit contributions
- Reconcile payroll accounts and resolve discrepancies with banking institutions
- Generate payroll reports for internal audits and client deliverables
- Maintain compliance with federal/state labor laws and FLSA regulations
- Collaborate with HR department on new hire onboarding and terminations
- Respond to employee inquiries regarding payroll discrepancies and benefits
Qualifications
- 3+ years of multi-state payroll processing experience
- Advanced proficiency in ADP Workforce Now or similar payroll software
- Certified Payroll Professional (CPP) designation preferred
- Expert knowledge of FLSA, AZ labor laws, and IRS regulations
- Strong Excel skills with VLOOKUP, pivot tables, and macros
- Ability to handle confidential data with discretion and integrity
- Associate degree in Accounting, Finance, or related field
