Responsibilities
- Process customer transactions with precision including deposits, withdrawals, transfers, and loan payments
- Build and maintain strong client relationships through personalized service and trust-building communication
- Balance cash drawers and maintain accurate transaction records daily
- Identify opportunities to cross-sell bank products and services tailored to customer needs
- Adhere to all banking regulations, security protocols, and compliance standards
- Assist with resolving customer inquiries and escalate complex issues to branch management
Qualifications
- High school diploma or equivalent required; associate's degree preferred
- Minimum 1 year cash handling or customer service experience
- Strong mathematical aptitude and attention to detail
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- Ability to work efficiently in a fast-paced environment
- Basic knowledge of financial transactions and banking regulations
