Responsibilities
- Maintain accurate general ledgers and reconcile accounts monthly
- Process accounts payable/receivable with 100% accuracy
- Generate financial statements and management reports
- Manage payroll processing and tax compliance
- Implement QuickBooks optimization strategies
- Collaborate with CPA firm during audits
- Develop financial forecasting models
Qualifications
- 5+ years professional bookkeeping experience
- Advanced QuickBooks Online certification
- Bachelor's degree in Accounting/Finance
- Expertise in Microsoft Excel and accounting software
- Proven multi-client portfolio management
- Familiarity with WA sales tax regulations
- Exceptional attention to detail
