Responsibilities
- Manage full-cycle bookkeeping for 15+ US client accounts with Texas-specific tax compliance
- Prepare monthly financial statements and reconcile multi-currency transactions
- Oversee payroll processing for US-based employees in Texas
- Coordinate with US tax advisors for quarterly filings and sales tax audits
- Implement QuickBooks Online for US client onboarding and training
- Conduct variance analysis and provide actionable financial insights
Qualifications
- 5+ years bookkeeping experience with US GAAP knowledge
- Proficiency in QuickBooks Online, Xero, and Sage 50
- US tax compliance experience (sales tax, payroll taxes)
- Excel advanced skills with pivot tables and VLOOKUPs
- Relevant degree or AAT certification
- Experience managing US-UK currency conversions
