Responsibilities
- Manage full-cycle bookkeeping for 15-20 diverse client portfolios
- Prepare monthly financial statements and variance analyses
- Oversee accounts payable/receivable and bank reconciliations
- Implement QuickBooks cloud solutions for scalable operations
- Coordinate with external auditors and tax professionals
- Maintain compliance with GAAP and Pennsylvania tax regulations
Qualifications
- 5+ years of bookkeeping experience with multi-client exposure
- Advanced proficiency in QuickBooks Online and Excel
- Bachelor's degree in Accounting or Finance preferred
- Certified Bookkeeper (CB) designation a plus
- Strong understanding of Pennsylvania sales tax requirements
- Exceptional attention to detail and problem-solving skills
