Responsibilities
- Manage end-to-end bookkeeping for 15+ SME clients
- Prepare monthly management accounts and VAT returns
- Oversee payroll processing and pension contributions
- Reconcile bank accounts and credit card statements
- Implement Xero/Sage integrations for automation
- Support year-end audits and HMRC inspections
- Maintain digital filing systems with 100% compliance
Qualifications
- Minimum 3 years UK-based bookkeeping experience
- ACCA/CIMA part-qualified or equivalent qualification
- Advanced proficiency in Excel and accounting software
- Deep understanding of UK GAAP and HMRC regulations
- Proven track record of multi-client portfolio management
