Responsibilities
- Maintain accurate and up-to-date financial records using Xero and QuickBooks
- Prepare monthly management accounts and variance analysis
- Process payroll and manage VAT returns submissions
- Reconcile bank accounts and credit card statements monthly
- Assist with year-end accounts preparation for audit
- Manage client queries and provide financial insights
Qualifications
- ACCA/CIMA/ACA qualified or equivalent experience
- Minimum 3 years bookkeeping practice experience
- Advanced proficiency in Xero/QuickBooks
- Strong Excel skills with pivot table expertise
- Excellent attention to detail and numerical accuracy
- UK tax compliance knowledge essential
