Responsibilities
- Manage full-cycle bookkeeping for 15-20 clients using QuickBooks Online
- Prepare monthly financial statements (P&L, Balance Sheets, Cash Flow)
- Reconcile bank accounts, credit cards, and payroll accounts
- Process accounts payable/receivable and maintain vendor/client relationships
- Assist with quarterly tax preparation and year-end audits
- Implement and improve accounting systems for operational efficiency
- Train junior bookkeepers on best practices and compliance standards
Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in Accounting or Finance (or equivalent experience)
- 3+ years of professional bookkeeping experience
- Advanced proficiency in QuickBooks Online and Microsoft Excel
- Strong knowledge of GAAP principles and tax regulations
- Experience with multi-client accounting platforms
- Certified Bookkeeper (CB) or QuickBooks ProAdvisor preferred
- Exceptional attention to detail and problem-solving abilities
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills
