Responsibilities
- Oversee end-to-end billing cycles including invoice generation, payment processing, and account reconciliation
- Resolve complex billing discrepancies and customer inquiries with exceptional service
- Analyze financial data to identify trends and optimize revenue collection strategies
- Collaborate with sales and finance teams to ensure contract compliance and accurate billing
- Implement and maintain billing system configurations for efficiency
- Prepare monthly billing reports for executive review
Qualifications
- Associate's degree in Accounting, Finance, or Business Administration (Bachelor's preferred)
- 3+ years of experience in billing, accounts receivable, or revenue cycle management
