- Process payments and manage A/R collections with professional diplomacy

- Maintain compliance with SOX regulations and internal audit requirements
- Optimize billing workflows using NetSuite and Salesforce CRM
- Prepare monthly billing reports for executive leadership review
Qualifications
- 3+ years of accounts receivable or billing experience
- Advanced proficiency in QuickBooks and NetSuite
- Associate's degree in Accounting, Finance, or related field
- Certified Billing and Coding Specialist (CBCS) preferred
- Exceptional attention to detail with 99.9% accuracy rate
- Strong analytical skills for variance identification
