Responsibilities
- Generate and process accurate invoices using ERP systems
- Resolve billing discrepancies and customer payment inquiries
- Reconcile accounts receivable reports monthly
- Collaborate with sales teams on contract terms and billing schedules
- Ensure compliance with healthcare billing regulations (if applicable)

Qualifications
- 3+ years of billing or accounts receivable experience
- Proficiency in QuickBooks, SAP, or similar billing software
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills
- Knowledge of medical billing codes (CPT, ICD-10) preferred
- Associate's degree in Accounting or Finance required
- Excellent written and verbal communication abilities
- Certified Billing Specialist (CBS) credential a plus
