- Generate monthly/quarterly financial reports for management review
- Collaborate with sales and accounting teams on account adjustments
- Maintain compliance with industry billing regulations and company policies
- Optimize billing workflows using ERP systems (SAP/Oracle experience preferred)
Qualifications
- 3+ years of billing or accounts receivable experience
- Proficiency in Microsoft Excel and billing software (e.g., QuickBooks)
- Associate's degree in Accounting, Finance, or related field
- Strong analytical skills with attention to numerical accuracy
- Excellent written and verbal communication abilities
- Certified Billing and Coding Specialist (CBCS) certification a plus
