Responsibilities
- Process and reconcile complex invoices across multiple client accounts
- Resolve billing discrepancies through detailed investigation and client communication
- Utilize SAP and QuickBooks for billing cycle management and reporting
- Collaborate with sales and accounting teams to ensure contract alignment
- Prepare monthly revenue reports and aging accounts receivable analyses
- Implement process improvements to enhance billing efficiency
- Train junior staff on billing procedures and compliance standards
Qualifications
- 5+ years of billing or accounts receivable experience
- Proficiency in ERP systems (SAP, QuickBooks) and Excel
- Knowledge of healthcare or SaaS billing cycles preferred
- Certified Billing and Coding Specialist (CBCS) a plus
- Exceptional problem-solving and analytical abilities
- Strong written and verbal communication skills
- Experience with FTA and HIPAA compliance regulations
- Bachelor's degree in Accounting or Finance required
