Responsibilities
- Manage the end-to-end billing cycle for a diverse client portfolio, ensuring accuracy and timeliness.
- Review and resolve complex billing discrepancies and client inquiries with a focus on customer satisfaction.
- Generate, reconcile, and analyze monthly financial reports and accounts receivable aging.
- Collaborate with the finance and accounting teams to optimize revenue cycle management processes.
- Ensure strict adherence to company policies and financial compliance standards (GAAP).
- Assist in the implementation of new billing software or process improvements.
Qualifications
- Associate degree in Accounting, Finance, or Business Administration (Bachelor’s degree preferred).
- 3+ years of proven experience in billing, accounts receivable, or revenue cycle management.
- Proficiency in accounting software (e.g., QuickBooks, NetSuite, SAP, or Oracle).
- Strong working knowledge of GAAP principles and financial regulations.
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills for client interaction.
- Advanced proficiency in Microsoft Excel (PivotTables, VLOOKUP) is highly desirable.
