Responsibilities
- Manage end-to-end billing processes for 500+ client accounts
- Resolve complex billing discrepancies and payment disputes
- Collaborate with sales and operations teams to ensure contract accuracy
- Analyze aging reports and implement collections strategies
- Train junior staff on billing software and compliance protocols
- Prepare monthly billing reports for executive review
Qualifications
- 3+ years of medical/billing experience in a healthcare setting
- Proficiency in Epic and Meditech billing systems
- Certified Professional Biller (CPB) credential preferred
- Advanced Excel skills with VLOOKUP and pivot tables
- Experience with HIPAA compliance and billing regulations
