Responsibilities
- Process and reconcile invoices with 99.8% accuracy
- Resolve billing discrepancies through proactive client communication
- Manage accounts receivable aging reports and collection strategies
- Collaborate with sales teams to resolve pricing and contract ambiguities
- Generate monthly billing reports for executive review
- Ensure compliance with SOX and internal audit requirements
- Train junior staff on billing procedures and software
Qualifications
- 3+ years of billing/accounts receivable experience
- Proficiency in QuickBooks, SAP, or comparable billing software
- Associate's degree in Accounting or Finance (or equivalent experience)
- Certified Billing and Coding Specialist (CBCS) preferred
- Advanced Excel skills with pivot table mastery
- Exceptional problem-solving and negotiation abilities
- Experience in healthcare or B2B billing environments
