- Develop process improvements using Salesforce and NetSuite

Qualifications
- 5+ years of medical or corporate billing experience
- Proficiency in billing software (e.g., Epic, Athenahealth, or SAP)
- Certified Billing and Coding Specialist (CBCS) or equivalent
- Advanced Excel skills with VLOOKUP and pivot tables
- Strong understanding of CPT/ICD-10 coding systems
- Exceptional problem-solving and communication abilities
