Responsibilities
- Manage end-to-end billing processes for 500+ corporate clients
- Reconcile accounts receivable and resolve discrepancies within SLAs
- Collaborate with sales teams to ensure accurate contract-to-billing alignment
- Analyze billing data to identify optimization opportunities and process improvements
- Implement and maintain compliance with HIPAA/GDPR billing regulations
- Train junior billing staff on system protocols and best practices
- Generate monthly revenue reports for executive leadership
Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in Accounting, Finance, or Business Administration
- 5+ years of medical/billing experience in healthcare or finance
- Advanced proficiency in Epic Resolute or similar billing systems
- Certified Billing and Coding Specialist (CBCS) or equivalent preferred
- Expertise in complex contract interpretation and revenue recognition
- Proven ability to resolve high-volume billing disputes
- Experience with SOX compliance and internal audit processes
- Strong analytical skills with advanced Excel/Power BI capabilities
