Responsibilities

- Ensure compliance with billing regulations and company policies
- Manage payment processing and collections
- Support month-end closing procedures
Qualifications
- 3+ years of billing or accounts receivable experience
- Proficiency in billing software (e.g., QuickBooks, SAP)
- Strong knowledge of GAAP and billing regulations
- Advanced Excel skills with pivot tables and VLOOKUPs
- Excellent problem-solving and communication abilities
- Associates degree in Accounting or Finance required
- Certified Billing and Coding Specialist (CBCS) preferred
