Responsibilities
- Process and verify high-volume invoices and billing statements with a high degree of accuracy.
- Reconcile accounts receivable and resolve billing discrepancies efficiently.
- Communicate with clients and internal teams to address billing inquiries and resolve issues promptly.
- Maintain and update customer records in our billing software and accounting systems.
- Prepare monthly financial reports and assist in the month-end close process.
- Ensure compliance with company policies and relevant financial regulations.
- Identify opportunities to streamline billing processes and improve cash flow.
Qualifications
- High school diploma or GED required; Associate’s degree in Accounting or Finance preferred.
- Minimum of 3-5 years of experience in billing, accounts receivable, or a related finance role.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite, specifically Excel (pivot tables, v-lookups).
- Experience with billing software (e.g., QuickBooks, Sage, or Oracle NetSuite) is a plus.
- Strong attention to detail and exceptional organizational skills.
- Excellent verbal and written communication abilities.
- Ability to work independently and manage time effectively in a fast-paced environment.
