Responsibilities
- Generate and process invoices with 99.9% accuracy for diverse client portfolios
- Reconcile accounts receivable and resolve billing disputes within SLAs
- Collaborate with sales and customer service teams to ensure seamless billing operations
- Implement billing process improvements using ERP systems (SAP/Oracle)
- Prepare monthly revenue reports and variance analyses for leadership
- Manage credit card processing and ACH payment systems
Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in Accounting, Finance, or related field (or equivalent experience)
- 3+ years of billing/accounts receivable experience in corporate or healthcare settings
- Advanced proficiency in Excel (VLOOKUP, PivotTables) and billing software
- Certified Billing and Coding Specialist (CBCS) or similar credential preferred
- Strong analytical skills with attention to financial data integrity
- Experience with multi-state tax compliance and revenue recognition standards
