- Ensure compliance with healthcare/finance industry regulations
- Train junior billing staff on system protocols
- Monthly revenue reporting and variance analysis
Qualifications
- 5+ years of medical or corporate billing experience
- Expertise in ERP systems (SAP/Oracle) and billing software
- Certified Billing Specialist (CBS) or equivalent credential preferred
- Advanced Excel skills with data visualization capabilities
- Strong analytical and problem-solving abilities
- Exceptional communication and customer service skills
- Experience with EDI and electronic claims processing
