Qualifications
- 5+ years of medical billing experience with Medicare/Medicaid
- Certified Professional Biller (CPB) or CPC certification required
- Expert proficiency in Epic and NextGen billing systems
- Advanced knowledge of HIPAA and healthcare compliance regulations
- Proven ability to reduce AR days by 20%+
- Strong analytical skills with financial modeling experience
- Bachelor's degree in Healthcare Administration or Finance preferred
