Responsibilities
- Manage end-to-end billing processes for 500+ healthcare clients
- Resolve complex insurance claim denials and payment discrepancies
- Conduct monthly revenue analysis and report financial metrics
- Collaborate with coding and collections departments
- Implement billing process improvements using Epic software
- Audit billing accuracy for compliance with HIPAA and CMS guidelines
- Train junior staff on billing protocols and systems
Qualifications
- 5+ years of healthcare billing experience
- Expertise in CPT/ICD-10 coding and CMS regulations
- Advanced proficiency in Epic Resolute and Microsoft Excel
- Certified Professional Biller (CPB) credential preferred
- Strong analytical and problem-solving abilities
- Excellent communication and client relationship skills
- Bachelor's degree in Healthcare Administration or Finance
