Responsibilities
- Process and reconcile complex billing cycles across multiple clients
- Manage accounts receivable and resolve payment discrepancies
- Collaborate with sales teams to ensure contract compliance
- Generate monthly financial reports and revenue forecasts
- Implement billing process improvements using ERP systems
- Handle client billing inquiries with exceptional service
- Support month-end closing procedures
Qualifications
- 3+ years of billing/accounts receivable experience
- Proficiency with ERP systems (SAP/Oracle preferred)
- Advanced Excel skills including VLOOKUP and pivot tables
- Strong understanding of GAAP revenue recognition principles
- Excellent verbal and written communication abilities
- Certified Billing Specialist (CBS) or equivalent preferred
- Experience with medical or SaaS billing models a plus
