- Optimize billing workflows to reduce denials by 15% quarterly
- Collaborate with coding team to ensure proper CPT/ICD-10 assignment
- Generate monthly revenue cycle performance reports
Qualifications
- 3+ years of medical billing experience with commercial and government payers
- Proficiency in Epic Revenue Cycle or similar EMR systems
- Certified Professional Biller (CPB) or CPC credentials preferred
- Expert knowledge of HIPAA, CMS, and Indiana Medicaid regulations
- Advanced Excel skills with VLOOKUP and pivot table functions
