- Generate monthly/quarterly financial reports for executive review
- Collaborate with sales teams to ensure contract compliance
- Optimize billing workflows using NetSuite and Salesforce
- Conduct audits for revenue recognition compliance
- Train junior staff on billing protocols and best practices
Qualifications
- 5+ years of billing/revenue cycle management experience
- Expert proficiency in NetSuite and Salesforce CRM
- Certified Billing Specialist (CBS) or equivalent preferred
- Advanced Excel skills with pivot tables and VLOOKUPs
- Strong GAAP and SOX compliance knowledge
- Proven success in high-volume B2B environments
