Responsibilities
- Manage full-cycle accounting operations for 15+ client portfolios
- Prepare complex financial statements and SEC compliance reports
- Lead month-end/year-end closing processes with zero-tolerance errors
- Develop and implement cost optimization strategies
- Conduct internal audits and process improvement initiatives
- Mentor junior accounting staff and train new hires
- Collaborate with CFO on strategic financial planning
Qualifications
- Bachelor's in Accounting/Finance (CPA/Master's preferred)
- 5+ years public accounting experience
- Expertise in GAAP, SOX, and multi-state tax compliance
- Advanced Excel skills (VLOOKUP, PivotTables, Power Query)
- QuickBooks Enterprise and NetSuite proficiency
- Big Four or top-tier CPA firm background required
- Proven track record in high-volume transaction processing
