Responsibilities
- Manage end-to-end revenue cycle operations for 500+ healthcare clients
- Process complex insurance claims and patient invoices with 99.5% accuracy
- Analyze billing discrepancies and implement corrective actions
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to resolve payment disputes
- Optimize billing workflows using Epic and NextGen systems
- Generate monthly revenue reports for executive leadership
- Maintain compliance with HIPAA and billing regulations
Qualifications
- 5+ years of medical billing experience in healthcare technology
- Expertise in Epic and NextGen EHR systems
- Certified Professional Biller (CPB) designation preferred
- Advanced proficiency in Microsoft Excel and financial software
- Proven ability to resolve complex billing disputes
- Strong analytical skills with attention to detail
- Experience with revenue cycle optimization projects
- Bachelor's degree in Finance, Accounting, or related field
