Responsibilities
- Manage end-to-end billing processes including invoicing, payment posting, and account reconciliations
- Resolve billing discrepancies and customer payment inquiries with exceptional communication skills
- Collaborate with sales and operations teams to ensure contract compliance and accurate revenue recognition
- Generate monthly/quarterly billing reports and analyze aging reports to optimize cash flow
- Maintain compliance with SOX regulations and internal controls for billing systems
- Implement process improvements to enhance billing efficiency and reduce DSO
Qualifications
- 3+ years of billing or accounts receivable experience in tech/finance sectors
- Expertise in ERP systems (SAP, Oracle, or NetSuite) and billing software
- Advanced proficiency in Excel with VLOOKUP, pivot tables, and data analysis
- Certified Billing and Coding Specialist (CBCS) or similar certification preferred
- Strong analytical skills with attention to detail and error prevention
- Bachelor's degree in Accounting, Finance, or Business Administration required
