- Maintain compliance with HIPAA, CMS, and payer regulations
- Generate monthly billing reports and performance analytics

Qualifications
- 3+ years of medical billing experience with commercial and government payers
- Expertise in ICD-10/CPT coding and EHR billing systems (Epic/Cerner preferred)
- Strong analytical skills with attention to detail in financial data
- Certified Professional Biller (CPB) or CPC certification required
- Ability to resolve complex claim denials and payment issues
- Experience with Medicaid/Medicare billing regulations
- Proficiency in Microsoft Excel and billing software
