- Reconcile accounts receivable and resolve billing discrepancies
- Collaborate with sales teams to resolve payment issues
- Generate monthly billing reports for financial analysis
- Maintain compliance with healthcare billing regulations
- Train new billing staff on company procedures
Qualifications
- 3+ years of billing or accounts receivable experience
- Proficiency in medical billing software (e.g., Epic, Cerner)
- Certified Billing Specialist (CBS) preferred
- Advanced Excel skills with pivot tables and VLOOKUP
- Exceptional problem-solving and communication skills
- Ability to handle high-volume transactions efficiently
