Responsibilities
- Process and reconcile 500+ monthly invoices with 99.8% accuracy
- Manage accounts receivable lifecycle from billing to collection
- Resolve complex billing disputes across 15+ client portfolios
- Implement automated billing workflows to reduce processing time by 30%
- Generate monthly financial reports for executive leadership
- Collaborate with sales teams on contract billing terms
- Ensure HIPAA/FINRA compliance in all billing operations
Qualifications
- 3+ years' experience in medical or corporate billing environments
- Advanced proficiency in QuickBooks and Epicor ERP systems
- Certified Billing and Coding Specialist (CBCS) preferred
- Expert knowledge of GAAP revenue recognition principles
- Proven ability to reduce DSO by 15% or more
