Responsibilities
- Process and reconcile invoices with 99% accuracy
- Manage accounts receivable and aging reports
- Resolve billing discrepancies through direct client communication
- Collaborate with sales and accounting teams on revenue optimization
- Ensure compliance with healthcare billing regulations (HIPAA)
- Generate monthly billing statements and financial reports
- Implement process improvements to reduce billing errors
Qualifications
- 3+ years of billing or accounts receivable experience
- Proficiency in QuickBooks and Microsoft Excel
- Knowledge of healthcare billing (CPT/ICD-10 codes)
- Strong analytical and problem-solving abilities
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills
- Associate's degree in Accounting or Finance required
- Certified Billing Specialist (CBS) preferred
