- Manage end-to-end billing cycles including invoice generation, processing, and reconciliation
- Resolve billing discrepancies and client payment issues with exceptional customer service
- Analyze accounts receivable data to identify trends and optimize cash flow
- Collaborate with sales and operations teams to ensure accurate contract-to-billing alignment
- Implement continuous improvements to billing workflows using ERP systems (SAP/Oracle)
- Prepare monthly billing reports and financial statements for stakeholder review
- Ensure compliance with healthcare billing regulations (HIPAA) and financial standards
Qualifications
- 5+ years of billing experience in healthcare or financial services
- Proficiency in ERP systems (SAP, Oracle, NetSuite) and billing software
- Certified Billing and Coding Specialist (CBCS) or equivalent preferred
- Advanced Excel skills with VLOOKUP, pivot tables, and financial modeling
- Exceptional problem-solving skills with attention to detail
