- Manage end-to-end billing processes for enterprise clients using NetSuite
- Resolve complex billing discrepancies and AR aging issues
- Collaborate with sales teams on contract-to-cash workflows
- Analyze revenue trends and prepare monthly financial reports
- Implement process improvements for billing efficiency
- Serve as primary contact for client billing inquiries
- Ensure compliance with SOX and GAAP standards
Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in Accounting/Finance or equivalent experience
- 5+ years in medical/SaaS billing or revenue cycle management
- Advanced proficiency in NetSuite and Excel
- Strong analytical skills with attention to detail
- Experience with complex contract billing structures
- Certified Billing & Coding Specialist (CBCS) preferred
- Excellent communication and problem-solving abilities
