Responsibilities
- Process 50+ daily transactions with 99.5% accuracy
- Resolve complex customer inquiries regarding accounts, fraud, and loans
- Cross-sell bank products (credit cards, loans, savings accounts)
- Maintain strict compliance with federal banking regulations
- Train new tellers on branch procedures and technology
- Conduct daily cash audits and ATM replenishment
- Participate in quarterly community outreach initiatives
Qualifications
- 2+ years of cash handling experience in banking/financial services
- Proven track record in meeting sales targets
- Familiarity with FinCEN and AML compliance protocols
- Proficiency in core banking software (e.g., Fiserv, Jack Henry)
- Exceptional conflict resolution and multitasking abilities
- Valid North Carolina Notary Commission (or willingness to obtain)
- Associates degree in Finance/Business or equivalent experience
