Responsibilities
- Process and verify high-volume invoices for accuracy, coding, and authorization.
- Reconcile vendor statements and resolve discrepancies efficiently.
- Manage the month-end and year-end close processes for the AP department.
- Respond promptly to vendor inquiries regarding payment status and invoice details.
- Utilize ERP systems (SAP, Oracle, or NetSuite) to input data and generate reports.
- Assist in the implementation of internal controls to prevent fraud and errors.
Qualifications
- Minimum of 2-4 years of experience in Accounts Payable or Finance.
- Proven experience working in a weekend shift environment is highly preferred.
- Advanced proficiency in Microsoft Excel (VLOOKUP, Pivot Tables) and accounting software.
- Strong knowledge of GAAP principles and financial reconciliation.
- Excellent attention to detail with the ability to spot errors immediately.
- Strong communication skills and the ability to collaborate across departments.
