Responsibilities
- Process high-volume invoices (150+ daily) with 99.8% accuracy
- Manage vendor relationships and resolve payment discrepancies within SLAs
- Optimize AP workflows using SAP and NetSuite systems
- Lead month-end closing and reconciliation processes
- Implement automation solutions for invoice processing
- Train junior AP staff on best practices
- Ensure SOX compliance for all payment processes
Qualifications
- 5+ years of high-volume AP experience
- Advanced proficiency in SAP/NetSuite and Excel
- Certified Accounts Payable Professional (CAPP) preferred
- Proven experience with 3-way matching and PO validation
- Exceptional problem-solving and analytical skills
- Ability to manage competing priorities in urgent environments
- Bachelor's degree in Finance or Accounting
