Responsibilities
- Manage end-to-end accounts payable cycle including invoice processing, payment scheduling, and vendor reconciliation
- Optimize AP processes through automation initiatives and data-driven analysis
- Lead month-end close activities for AP sub-ledger and ensure SOX compliance
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to resolve payment discrepancies and vendor inquiries
- Implement continuous improvement strategies for cost reduction and efficiency gains
- Conduct regular audits and maintain accurate financial records in SAP/Oracle ERP systems
Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in Accounting, Finance, or related field (CPA preferred)
- 5+ years of high-volume accounts payable experience in corporate environments
- Advanced proficiency in Excel (VLOOKUP, PivotTables, macros) and ERP systems
- Proven experience implementing automation tools (e.g., Coupa, AvidXchange)
- Strong analytical skills with attention to detail and accuracy
- Excellent communication abilities for stakeholder collaboration
- Remote work experience with self-discipline in time management
