- Manage end-to-end accounts payable processing for 500+ invoices monthly
- Reconcile vendor statements and resolve discrepancies within SLAs
- Implement process improvements using ERP systems (SAP/Oracle)
- Collaborate with auditors during financial reviews
- Analyze payment trends and optimize cash flow strategies
- Mentor junior AP team members on best practices
- Ensure compliance with SOX and internal controls
Qualifications
- 5+ years of accounts payable experience with high-volume processing
- Expertise in ERP systems (SAP, Oracle, or NetSuite)
- Certified Public Accountant (CPA) or AP/AR certification preferred
- Advanced Excel skills (VLOOKUP, PivotTables, macros)
- Strong analytical skills with attention to detail
- Experience with international payment processing
- Proven track record of process optimization
- Remote work proficiency with strong communication skills
