Responsibilities
- Process and verify high-volume invoices for accuracy and compliance.
- Manage vendor relationships and resolve billing discrepancies efficiently.
- Reconcile bank statements and credit card accounts monthly.
- Assist in the month-end and year-end close processes.
- Prepare and distribute financial reports and variance analysis.
- Maintain accurate filing systems and audit trails.
Qualifications
- Associate’s or Bachelor’s degree in Accounting, Finance, or related field.
- 3+ years of experience in Accounts Payable or a similar role.
- Proficiency in QuickBooks, SAP, or similar ERP systems.
- Advanced Excel skills (VLOOKUP, Pivot Tables).
- Strong understanding of GAAP and internal controls.
- Exceptional attention to detail and organizational skills.
