Responsibilities
- High-Volume Invoice Processing: Review, verify, and process a high volume of vendor invoices accurately and within established payment cycles.
- Vendor Relations: Serve as the primary liaison for vendor inquiries, resolving discrepancies, and maintaining strong, professional relationships.
- Account Reconciliation: Perform monthly reconciliation of accounts payable, credit card statements, and general ledger accounts.
- System Management: Utilize ERP systems (SAP/Oracle) to input data, generate reports, and maintain a clean audit trail.
- Compliance & Controls: Ensure all payments adhere to internal controls and corporate policies.
Qualifications
- Experience: Minimum of 3-5 years of progressive experience in Accounts Payable.
- Education: Bachelor’s degree in Accounting, Finance, or related field preferred (or equivalent experience).
- Software Proficiency: Advanced proficiency in Microsoft Excel (Pivot Tables, VLOOKUP) and ERP systems (SAP, Oracle, or NetSuite).
- Attention to Detail: Exceptional accuracy in data entry, auditing, and financial reporting.
- Communication: Strong verbal and written communication skills with the ability to interact with diverse internal and external stakeholders.
