Responsibilities
- Process high-volume accounts payable transactions including invoice verification, coding, and payment processing
- Reconcile vendor statements and resolve discrepancies within tight deadlines
- Optimize payment cycles and implement process improvements for efficiency
- Collaborate with procurement and finance teams on invoice discrepancies and vendor management
- Prepare month-end closing reports and support audit requirements
- Maintain accurate digital and physical documentation of all AP activities
Qualifications
- 3+ years of hands-on accounts payable experience in a fast-paced environment
- Proficiency in ERP systems (SAP, Oracle, or NetSuite preferred)
- Advanced Excel skills including VLOOKUP, PivotTables, and macros
- Associates degree in Accounting or Finance required; Bachelor's preferred
- Strong analytical skills with exceptional attention to detail
- Ability to prioritize tasks and meet critical deadlines under pressure
- Excellent communication skills for cross-departmental collaboration
