Responsibilities
- Process high-volume accounts payable transactions with 99.9% accuracy
- Manage vendor relationships and resolve payment discrepancies
- Reconcile AP sub-ledgers to general ledger monthly
- Optimize invoice workflows using NetSuite ERP
- Assist in month-end closing procedures
- Implement process improvements to reduce cycle time
- Train junior AP staff on system protocols
- Ensure compliance with SOX controls
Qualifications
- 5+ years of accounts payable experience in high-volume environments
- Expertise in NetSuite, QuickBooks, or similar ERP systems
- Advanced proficiency in Microsoft Excel (VLOOKUP, PivotTables)
- SAP certification or equivalent experience preferred
- Bachelor's degree in Accounting or Finance
- Strong analytical and problem-solving abilities
- Experience managing vendor disputes and negotiations
- Proven track record of process optimization
