Responsibilities
- Process high-volume invoices and expense reports with 99.9% accuracy
- Reconcile vendor statements and resolve discrepancies within 48 hours
- Manage A/P aging reports and optimize cash flow cycles
- Coordinate with procurement and accounting teams for seamless operations
- Implement process improvements using ERP systems (SAP/Oracle)
- Ensure compliance with SOX controls and internal audit requirements
- Lead month-end closing activities for accounts payable sub-ledger
Qualifications
- 5+ years of high-volume accounts payable experience
- Proficiency in ERP systems (SAP/Oracle) and Microsoft Excel
- Associate's degree in Accounting or Finance required (Bachelor's preferred)
- APCP certification or equivalent accounts payable credentials
- Proven experience with 3-way matching and PO-based processing
- Exceptional analytical skills and attention to detail
- Strong communication skills for vendor negotiations
- Experience with multi-state tax compliance and 1099 processing
