Responsibilities
- Manage end-to-end accounts payable cycle including invoice verification, coding, and processing
- Reconcile vendor statements and resolve discrepancies within SLAs
- Oversee payment processing via ACH, wire transfers, and check disbursements
- Collaborate with procurement and treasury teams for payment optimizations
- Implement continuous improvement initiatives for AP efficiency
- Maintain compliance with SOX controls and internal audit requirements
- Lead month-end closing activities for AP sub-ledger
Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in Accounting/Finance or equivalent experience
- 5+ years of high-volume accounts payable management
- Advanced proficiency in Excel (VLOOKUP, PivotTables)
- SAP or Oracle ERP system experience required
- Certified Accounts Payable Professional (CAP) preferred
- Proven ability to manage vendor relationships and disputes
- Strong analytical skills with attention to detail
- Experience with automated workflow tools (e.g., Tipalti, Coupa)
