Responsibilities
- Manage end-to-end accounts payable processing including invoice verification, coding, and payment scheduling
- Conduct vendor statement reconciliations and resolve discrepancies promptly
- Optimize payment processes using Oracle ERP system to enhance efficiency
- Collaborate with procurement on vendor contracts and payment terms
- Prepare monthly AP reports for financial analysis and audit compliance
- Implement process improvements to reduce processing time by 15%+
- Lead month-end closing activities for accounts payable
Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in Accounting, Finance, or related field (CPA preferred)
- 5+ years of hands-on accounts payable experience in mid-sized companies
- Advanced proficiency in Oracle ERP and Microsoft Excel (VLOOKUP, PivotTables)
- Proven track record of process optimization and cost reduction
- Strong analytical skills with attention to detail and accuracy
- Experience managing vendor relationships and dispute resolution
- SAP or NetSuite familiarity a plus
