Responsibilities
- Manage full-cycle accounts payable/receivable for 50+ corporate clients
- Prepare complex reconciliations and month-end closing reports
- Utilize QuickBooks Online and Sage Intacct for financial data management
- Collaborate with senior auditors on compliance documentation
- Analyze financial trends and prepare executive summaries
- Maintain GAAP-compliant ledger systems and audit trails
Qualifications
- 5+ years of progressive accounting experience
- Advanced proficiency in QuickBooks/Sage Intacct
- Bachelor's degree in Accounting or Finance (CPA preferred)
- Expertise in financial statement preparation and analysis
- Proven experience with multi-state tax compliance
- Certification in QuickBooks Online (QB ProAdvisor) a plus
