Responsibilities
- Prepare and analyze monthly financial statements for 15+ client portfolios
- Manage accounts payable/receivable cycles with Net 15 terms
- Conduct reconciliations across bank accounts, ledgers, and subsidiary systems
- Assist with quarterly tax filings and annual audits
- Implement process improvements using QuickBooks Online and Excel
- Mentor junior accountants on financial best practices
- Present financial insights to C-suite executives during quarterly reviews
Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in Accounting or Finance (CPA/MBA preferred)
- 4+ years of public accounting or corporate finance experience
- Advanced proficiency in QuickBooks, Excel, and accounting software
- Proven experience with month-end closing processes
- Familiarity with GAAP and industry-specific compliance requirements
- Strong analytical skills with attention to detail
- Ability to manage deadlines in a fast-paced environment
